Our milk is collected with the Simple Pulse milking machine using their all-in-one filtering lid so that the milk is filtered before it even hits the jar! 

We ice bath the 1/2 gallon jars immediately after collection and leave in the ice bath for at least 20-30mins if not longer. 
A "Use By" sticker is placed and dated 10 days after collection for best results. 

We have a customer agreement that is signed by anyone coming to the farm to pick up fresh milk agreeing to use the milk by the use by date. 

Farm Fresh eggs are available during peak production time. $5/doz

We use the HONOR SYSTEM for purchasing from the Farm.  This allows customers to come at their convenience and allow us to work our day jobs or keep working in the barn on busy farm days.

Soap is made from the creamy milk from our girls here at Hillside Acres Farm in Emmett, Idaho
